Things got nasty between the Dodgers and Marlins last night.
Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Ross Stripling was immediately ejected after throwing behind Marlins star Giancarlo Stanton in the top of the ninth inning of the Dodgers’ 7-2 win Friday night.
But that was just the beginning of the action.
After Stripling threw behind Stanton, the benches cleared, and the Dodgers bench coach Bob Geren and Marlins manager Don Mattingly were ejected soon thereafter.
Here’s video of the benches clearing altercation.

It all started in the bottom of the eight inning when the Dodgers’ Cody Bellinger slugged a two-run homer, and the following L.A. batter was hit by a pitch by Marlins reliever A.J. Ramos.
The unwritten rules of baseball came into play here, for better or worse. In the end, three people were ejected and the Dodgers walked away with the win.
