This is going to be quite a day to remember for UCLA safety Stan McKay. McKay and his Bruins teammates claimed yet another conference victory to start off the night, winning 41-31 in Pasadena. The victory keeps them within striking distance of Arizona State in the Pac-12 South.
That win was probably a big enough reason for the players to smile after the game, but McKay figured he’d give everyone something worth really celebrating instead. The safety brought his girlfriend out on the field following the matchup, got down on one knee, and proposed in front of all of his teammates. She said “yes”:

There must be something extra romantic about UCLA football — just a few weeks ago, a Bruins cheerleader was proposed to during a game as well. Both of the recent proposals have been successes, so I guess it provides the perfect time and place to pop the question.
