Gonzaga basketball is taking in yet another top transfer ahead of the 2017-18 season.
Brandon Clarke, an All-Mountain West forward who announced his departure from San Jose State last week, will join the Bulldogs this fall, and be eligible to play beginning in 2018-2019.
As a sophomore in 2017, Clarke averaged 17.5 points on 58.9-percent from the field, adding 8.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.6 blocks per game. He was All-MWC after winning the league’s Sixth Man of the Year award as a freshman in 2015-16.
He announced his new commitment on Wednesday.
