Here’s when the Indiana Pacers want to move their All-Star guard by.
Paul George could be on a new NBA team by the end of the week.
The All-Star guard told the Indiana Pacers that he’s planning on leaving the franchise in free agency next summer. So the franchise has begun trade talks with other teams, trying to get something in return for the star player.
The Cavs and the Lakers (his preferred destination) seem to be the two most-likely landing spots for the 2017-18 season.
A trade could happen quickly, too.
According to a report, Indiana wants to get something done before the NBA Draft on Thursday night.

Indiana is reportedly seeking a young asset or two and some first-round draft picks in return for PG13. The Cavs, outside of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, don’t really have any of that. So it’s going to be interesting to see how these Cleveland-Indiana talks progress and if Los Angeles decides to parachute in at the last minute.
