The Florida State head coach might be interested in the Aggies’ job.
A couple of big names have been linked to the potential opening at Texas A&M.
One, Clemson’s Dabo Swinney, is definitely not coming.
Another, Florida State’s Jimbo Fisher, might actually have some interest.
ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg says he’s heard that the Seminoles’ head coach might have “some interest” in the potentially vacant head coaching job in College Station, Texas.
.@ESPNRittenberg: "Dabo isn't going anywhere, but A&M is going to take a lot of big coaching swings. I did hear yesterday that there could be some interest from Jimbo Fisher."

Fisher’s won a national title at Florida State and has consistently been bringing top recruiting classes to Tallahassee, so it seems crazy to think that he might leave.
But FSU is struggling in a major way this season and Texas A&M’s football program does have deeper pockets across the board.
Fisher was rumored to be LSU’s top choice last season before the Tigers decided to promote interim head coach Ed Orgeron.
