LeBron James is seemingly friendly with every player in the NBA, but his actions after last night’s loss to the 76ers are leaving some fans a bit miffed.
The Cavaliers lost to the 76ers on Thursday night, and towards the end of the contest, there was almost a brawl. New Cavs guard Jordan Clarkson, taking exception to a garbage time dunk by Dario Saric, threw the ball at his back and was promptly ejected. Players from the two teams – including LeBron James – briefly held each other back before cooler heads prevailed.

A few minutes later, after the contest was officially over, James was smiling and joking with a few members of the Sixers’ squad – including Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. FOX Sports’ Skip Bayless was bit miffed:
“I don’t think Jordan Clarkson would have gone to shake the hands of the 76ers and I think some Cavs fans are going to find it offensive that LeBron, at the buzzer, then is like ‘forgive and forget.’ He’s hugging a lot of the Sixers.
Obviously Ben Simmons is his protege. He’s the new King – the next King. Client of Clutch Sports. He loves Embiid, so they’re hugging after the game. He hugged J.J. Redick. It looked like and J.J. were getting into it a little bit at the end of the game.
So he’s hugging all the Sixers. And it’s all in the wake of the speculation that he might go to the Sixers next year. So he was quick ‘forgive and forget.’ I did not love that because it shows a lack of competitive fire to me. I don’t want to see LeBron hugging a team if that team was dunking on you at the end of the game.”

He wasn’t the only one either:
LeBron might get on the Sixers team plane.

Lebron, stop f***ing smiling and laughing after you lose games, not a good look, do you want to go to the finals? I guess not. #CavsSixers

Many believe that Philadelphia is a real contender to land James’ services this summer. It wouldn’t be so surprising after what we saw last night.
