Would Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn visit the White House under the current administration?
Lindsey Vonn will represent the United States at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang this year, but she made it clear on CNN this week that she doesn’t see eye-to-eye with President Trump.
Vonn was asked if she, after winning a medal, would visit the White House to be congratulated by President Trump. She said “no” – making it clear that she wouldn’t even consider it.
Here’s the interview, via CNN:
"I hope to represent the people of the United States, not the President."

All Olympians are traditionally invited to the White House after the games, so it’ll be interesting to see if Trump follows suit. It’s clear that he wouldn’t get 100% attendance.
