Sports Illustrated’s college basketball analysts updated their final four predictions.
At the midway point of the college basketball season, the best teams are starting to distance themselves from the rest of the field. With a few surprises this season, such as a one-loss Baylor team and Florida State’s solid start, Sports Illustrated’s college basketball analysts got the chance to redo their final four picks. They also picked the team they believe can win it all.
Two Group of Five schools made the list, while the usual suspects round out the rest.
Seth Davis: Duke, Kentucky, UCLA, Gonzaga (Champion: UCLA)
Luke Winn: North Carolina, Kansas, Villanova, Oregon (Champion: Kansas)
Brian Hamilton: North Carolina, Kansas, UCLA, Butler (Champion: Kansas)
Chris Johnson: Duke, Kansas, Wisconsin, Gonzaga (Champion: Duke)
