Aly Raisman threw out the first pitch at last night’s Boston Red Sox game.
United States Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman is still on her victory tour after winning three medals at this year’s Rio de Janeiro games. Friday night, she threw out the first pitch for the Boston Red Sox before their game against the Kansas City Royals. Red Sox slugger David Ortiz was kind enough to lend her a hand and wear her medals ahead of the event.
Here’s video of Raisman’s toss. The ball didn’t make it very far. That isn’t really the point though.
Raisman’s tour continues Saturday, as it’s been named Aly Raisman Day in Needham, Massachusetts – the town she grew up in.
