Well, we were pretty sure we knew where Arizona and head coach Rich Rodriguez stood on the proposed “10-second rule” that the NCAA may adopt to slow down the pace of play in college football. But after watching the below video, which the Wildcats released Monday, there is no longer any doubt. Rodriguez and his staff reenacted multiple scenes from the movie “Speed” in a spoof meant to poke fun at those in favor of the new rule. Rodriguez pulled no punches, either, stating that they must have a “hidden agenda”.
It’s an interesting way to communicate your stance on that matter, but hey, we’ve seen weirder stuff from Arizona.
