It’s rare in life that you’re able to take a vacation and be there to support an important family member. But President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle are pulling it off this week in Hawaii. The Obama family, on their annual island getaway, are on-hand to watch Oregon State take on Akron as part of the Hawaiian Airlines Diamond Head Classic in Honolulu. For those unaware, Michelle Obama’s brother, Craig Robinson, is the coach of the Beavers.

So far, Obama’s presence has done little to inspire the Beavers. Akron has dominated the first half of play.
