He’s doing it again.
For the fourth straight year, ESPN senior writer Pablo Torre is picking a No. 16 seed to upset a No. 1 seed. (That’s never happened.)
Torre announced his pick on Around The Horn today. His pick? No. 16 Holy Cross/Southern (they play tonight) over No. 1 Oregon in the West Region.
Props to @PabloTorre for being the first pundit to pick “TBD”

Torre’s previous picks:
- No. 16 Southern over No. 1 Gonzaga in 2013; they lost, 64-58.
- No. 16 Coastal Carolina over No. 1 Virginia in 2014; they lost, 70-59.
- No. 16 Lafayette over No. 1 Villanova in 2015; they lost, 93-52.
So, he’s came close twice. Not so much last year. Maybe the fourth time’s the charm?
Oregon and Holy Cross/Southern are set to tip off at 7:27 p.m. E.T. Friday. The game will be televised on truTV.
