On Friday, the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks extended their nation-best winning streak to 29 games. The UCLA Bruins finished second in the Pac-12 this year and made easy work of 14-seed Tulsa in their first tournament game. The winner will have to face the number one overall seed, the Florida Gators.

Opening Betting Line: UCLA -8.5 (143.5) via Odds Shark
Prediction: SF Austin is still riding the wave of its thrilling OT victory victory over VCU and features five players that average at least 9.6 PPG. The Lumberjacks’ scoring comes from all over the court as all of their starters can shoot well from three-point land. UCLA, on the other hand, features one top scorer in Jordan Adams, who is coming off a 21-point performance in the Bruins’ win over Tulsa. Despite SF Austin’s spread out scoring attack, UCLA’s Adams, and sharp-shooter Kyle Anderson, will be too much for the Lumberjacks to handle. SFA will keep it close for awhile, but look for UCLA to pull away in the latter stages of the second half.
