4-star safety Bubba Bolden announced his commitment to USC this afternoon at the US Army All-American Bowl.
USC just gained another weapon on defense. Earlier today, 4-star safety Bubba Bolden committed to the Trojans following the US Army All-American Game. He’s the No. 6 ranked safety in the nation, per 247Sports.

The 6-foot-3, 175 pound safety received offers from more than 20 top-tier programs, including Ohio State, Florida and Michigan, but ultimately the Nevada native chose USC as the place to continue his football career. Bolden actually initially committed to USC over the summer, per 247Sports, but he withdrew his commitment after feeling like he had rushed the process.
With Bolden’s recommitment, the Trojans now boast the No. 1 2017 recruiting class in the Pac-12, and the No. 12 ranked recruiting class in the nation.
Bolden recorded 25 tackles and seven interceptions in his senior season at Bishop Gorman High School.
