Last year, in Mike Leach’s second season at Washington State, the Cougars reached a bowl game for the first time in a decade. But to take that next step and become a contender in the ultra-competitive Pac-12, Leach will have to get his players to believe in teamwork – kind of like what you’ll see below. Leach and his coaching staff took a trip to the Salmon River and caught some very, very large fish. As you can see, it took almost the entire staff to reel them in.

We’re assuming this is some kind of sturgeon – though it’s hard to be sure. Either way, it’s an impressive catch. We’ll see if WSU can have similar success this season.
