Washington vs. Washington State preview:
The Huskies responded to their first loss of the season by trouncing Arizona State 44-18. Now, they face a tough Washington State squad dead set on spoiling Washington’s hopes of a College Football Playoff Berth. It will likely be their toughest challenge yet, but they have a great quarterback to rely on in Jake Browning and a stout defense as well.
Washington State is playing on house money here. Yeah, the Cougars are ranked, but they’re certainly not the favorite. All of the pressure is on Washington to win this game, so the Cougars should be loose and ready to rock from the opening kickoff. Their own quarterback Luke Falk, is as good as anybody in college football, and I expect a huge game from him.
Washington vs. Washington State prediction:
Washington got exposed by USC, and I expect them to get exposed by Washington State as well. The Huskies are a fraud team playing weak competition, and Washington State can compete with them on both sides of the football. Both quarterbacks will throw multiple touchdowns, but it’s Falk who throws the game winner.
