This summer is becoming a tumultuous one for Alabama football. Last weekend, running back Kenyan Drake was arrested in Tuscaloosa, and now defensive lineman Jarran Reed is in trouble after being taken in for DUI. AL.com has more details:
Defensive lineman Jarran Reed was arrested Sunday morning and charged with DUI, according to records at the Tuscaloosa County Jail. He was being held on $1,000 unsecured bond. Further details on the arrest were not immediately known.
Reed is a junior in his first year with the program after transferring from East Mississippi Community College. He’s expected to be an immediate contributor on the defensive front for the Tide.
