Alabama safety Ha-Ha Clinton Dix has been suspended from the Crimson Tide football team indefinitely for a “violation of team rules”, coach Nick Saban announced today at his press conference following practice. He refused to elaborate on the reason, saying that if players “do right, they wouldn’t be getting suspended”. He also said that there is no timetable on the suspension.
Clinton-Dix, who was the No. 1 rated defensive back by numerous rating agencies for the class of 2011, was second on the team in tackles in 2013 with 24.
