Alabama offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin has been given a raise for the 2016-2017 season.
According to Michael Casagrande of AL.com, the UA Board of Trustees Compensation Committee has approved a raise for offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin for the 2016-2017 season. Kiffin, who was slated to make $714,000 this year, will now make $1.4 million. His contract has also been extended through the end of February of 2017.

Kiffin’s severance payments from USC – which amounted to $2.7 million per year, ran up ahead of the 2016 campaign.
