Alabama wide receiver Amari Cooper is a freak of nature. On the field, the junior is expected to build on his 2013 campaign, when he caught 59 balls for 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns. Off the field, Cooper has been working to establish himself as maybe the best wide receiver in America. According to the Crimson Tide’s offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin, Cooper has put two hours of work in at the gym every day before he participates in the team’s famous fourth quarter program.
Kiffin said Amari Cooper would work out for two hours/day in the offseason *before* going through fourth quarter program.

The extra work Cooper’s doing is incredibly impressive. We’ll see if it pays off when the Crimson Tide’s season starts on August 30 against West Virginia.
