LSU head football coach Les Miles never disappoints when it comes to interesting commentary. Heading into the Tigers’ week 13 matchup with SEC foe Texas A&M, Miles implied that Johnny Manziel is the best player in college football. Per ESPN’s Brett McMurphy:
Les Miles on Johnny Manziel: “If there’s a better player in college football, I’d like to know who he is”

We’ve seen a lot of this kind of hyperbole recently from SEC coaches – Nick Saban called LSU “the most explosive offense” the Tide had faced and said that Mississippi State was “the best 4-5 team in the country.”
Still, this comment is sure to make some waves with fellow SEC schools – especially since LSU is coming off of a tough loss to the top ranked Alabama Crimson Tide.
The Aggies and Tigers kickoff Saturday at 2:30 CT in Baton Rouge.
