Will Muschamp was officially introduced as Auburn’s new defensive coordinator Saturday morning.
By Saturday evening, the former Florida coach had already begun to put his salary (reportedly between $1.6 and $1.8 million, the highest of any coordinator in the country) to work.
According to Keith Niebuhr of 247 Sports, Muschamp has started recruiting for his new program. The 43-year-old coach has reached out to four-star defensive end Marquavius Lewis, who is committed to South Carolina.
