The sports world is abuzz this morning over the verdict in the murder trial of former Florida and New England Patriots star tight end Aaron Hernandez. Earlier today, a jury in Fall River, Mass. found Hernandez guilty of the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd. Convicted of first-degree murder, Hernandez is facing a life sentence without the possibility of parole.
Aaron Hernandez formally sentenced to prison for life. He also gets 3.5 years for firearms. This matters if AH wins on murder charge appeal.
