Shaq Wiggins started in eight of Georgia’s 12 games at corner as a freshman, and led the team with two interceptions in 2013, but it sounds like he’s played his last game as a Bulldog. The Tyrone, Georgia native will transfer, according to reports:

In his story on Macon.com, Emerson includes a statement from Georgia coach Mark Richt.
“Shaq and I have been talking over the last few days and a fresh start is what he believes is in his best interest. We respect his decision and certainly wish him nothing but the best.”
Wiggins was heavily recruited out of high school, and shouldn’t have a hard time finding another top program to bring him in.
