College football practices aren’t usually supposed to feature massive hits, because no coach wants to see a player get hurt during practice. However, during Georgia football’s practice earlier today, running back Nick Chubb was doing a blocking drill where he practiced blocking on several teammates who were holding weighted balls. During the drill, Chubb absolutely wrecked Bulldogs fullback Merritt Hall. Check it out:
If Chubb can keep laying people out like this, then perhaps the freshman could see some early playing time for Mark Richt’s Bulldogs.
