Kentucky already has the top recruiting class in the country, but the Wildcats could still improve their haul.
As of now, Kentucky will have seven new players on its 2017-18 roster. Five of them are five-star prospects, while the other two are lowly four-stars.
Must be rough, UK fans.
But the Wildcats aren’t done on the recruiting trail. Just ask their head coach, who addressed the reason why his program hasn’t officially announced its 2017 signees.
For those asking about our current signing class, we announce entire group together when we are finished w/the class. Not done quite yet!

If you’re a Kentucky fan, you’re hoping this means Coach Cal is hinting at landing five-star big man Mohamed Bamba. It looks like Kentucky and Texas are the two teams battling hardest for the No. 2 overall recruit.
Kentucky is also still recruiting five-star wing Kevin Knox, four-star point guard Mark Smith and Pitt grad transfer Cam Johnson.
