Update: SB Nation has switch its uniforms account from @sbnuniforms to @uniformsnation. The original tweet has been deleted, but the account maintains that a source has confirmed the new uniforms.
Two notes: 1. Image shown is the retail version of actual jersey, 2. Regardless of Adidas creating uniform, Tennessee has final say.

Clarification to earlier tweet. A source confirms the Smokey Gray uniforms, not the University of Tennessee. We regret the confusion.

Here is the new jersey in question:

Earlier: Yesterday, we caught an early look at a new “smokey gray” Tennessee uniform, a new version of a uniform that the Vols fanbase was not happy with in 2013. While it was unclear whether or not the new uniforms, which feature and orange and gray checkerboard pattern on the shoulders and sleeve, were real, SB Nation’s “Uniform Nation” has confirmed that the Vols will wear them against Florida on October 4.

Be sure to have at least one jersey available in the bookstore, Tennessee.
