Yesterday, we showed you a video of an early-20-something-year-old Peyton Manning making his first appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman. On that show, broadcasted during Manning’s senior season at Tennessee, days before the Heisman ceremony, the quarterback and the host attempted to throw footballs into windows on set.
Monday night, Manning made his fourth–and likely final–appearance on the show, as Letterman is set to retire this year. They spent part of the episode doing what they’d done during Manning’s first appearance: Throwing footballs. Only this time, the footballs were being thrown at moving cabs on a New York City street.
Manning, as always, was accurate, going 2-for-3. Letterman struggled, going 0-for-3.
