If Johnny Manziel is going to be a high draft pick, it won’t be to Cleveland. According to FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer, the former Texas A&M and Heisman winning quarterback will not be drafted by the Cleveland Browns at No. 4.

Browns won’t be drafting Manziel at #4. I know it’s been out there a ton that they will but no that’s not how they have it

If this is true, it’s quite surprising, considering Cleveland is in need of a quarterback. But perhaps they’re expecting Manziel to fall.
The first round of the NFL Draft begins Thursday at 8 p.m. E.T. at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
