Texas A&M will be without Clifford Chattman for the season.
Texas A&M sophomore defensive back Clifford Chattman has been ruled academically ineligible and will not play this season for the Aggies.
The news was first reported by Texas A&M recruiting analyst Taylor Hamm on Twitter.

Chattman, who did not play in the season opener versus UCLA, played in 12 games last season.
He recorded seven tackles and deflected a pass during his freshman campaign.
Chattman was a 3-star recruit in the 2016 class.
