Texas A&M freshman Ricky Seals-Jones’ season may be over before it really even got started. Seals-Jones, a five-star wide receiver recruit who played sparingly in the team’s first three games, has been having knee problems all season. Early Thursday morning, he tweeted that he’ll be getting surgery this upcoming Friday:
The San Antonio Express-News reported earlier this week that Texas A&M was considering trying to get Seals-Jones a medical redshirt – now we know why. Hopefully we’ll see him back on the field as soon as possible.
