While Texas A&M’s season is nowhere near over, the Aggies actually played their final home game of the year this afternoon against Mississippi State. Considering quarterback Johnny Manziel will be eligible for the NFL draft after this season, many believe that this will be his last year playing in college. If you’re doing the math, that means that today’s game might have been his final performance at Kyle Field. If so, he went out in style, leading the Aggies to a 51-41 victory.
Fans don’t want the Manziel era to end, however. They started a “one more year” chant late in the second half. Check it out, via Good Bull Hunting:
It remains to be seen if they’ll get what they want, but something tells me Manziel’s had enough of the NCAA and its policies. We’ll find out soon enough.
