According to an official press release, brothers and Memphis basketball players Dedric and KJ Lawson will transfer out of the program.

Dedric and KJ are the second and third players to announce their intent to transfer out of Memphis after senior center Chad Rykhoek made the same announcement in March.
Dedric led Memphis in scoring this year with 19.2 points per game, and just missed averaging a double-double with 9.9 rebounds. KJ was the Tigers’ third-leading scorer with 12.3 points and 8 rebounds.
Memphis has not made the NCAA Tournament since 2014.
Wherever the two decide to go, they will be required to sit out the 2017-2018 season in accordance with the NCAA's transfer rules. It is unclear as of now where the brothers are looking at as possible transfer locations.
