Boston College takes on Wake Forest tonight in ACC action. The game was moved up due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Florence.

Tonight's game will be broadcast on ESPN. However, that isn't the only tie between this contests and the Worldwide Leader.

ESPN play-by-play announcer Joe Tessitore's son John is a true freshman kicker for Boston College. He has appeared in one game this season, and his role is about to increase tonight.

Tessitore is set to make his first career start against the Demon Deacons, thanks to BC starter Colton Lichtenberg missing the game due to injury.

The elder Tessitore has been a very proud father on Twitter so far this season. We know he can't wait to watch tonight.

This will be a very memorable night for the Tessitore family.

Boston College and Wake Forest will kick off at 5:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
