Dabo Swinney has built a perennial contender at Clemson due to his successful recruiting. He's landed a plethora of great recruits over the years, and he'll try to keep adding to that list in the form of Julian Fleming.

The five-star wideout has all the makings of a star at the next level. His height is very ideal for an elite offensive weapon and his statistics in high school prove he is a touchdown machine.

Fleming is the No. 1 wide receiver in his class and among the five best recruits in his entire class, per 247Sports. His list consists of several top programs in the country, such as Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State and Penn State.

Before making his decision on where he'll play college football, Fleming wants to go on a few official visits.

The Southern Columbia product spoke glowingly about his time spent with the defending champions.

From TigerNet:

“I loved the coaches,” Fleming said of the Tigers. “They’ve all been there for a really long time. Coach Dabo’s (Swinney) energy is for real and I like him a lot. I like Coach (Jeff) Scott a lot. I got to talk to Tee Higgins and Justyn Ross and heard about what it’s like as a player. I had a really good time. One hundred percent very attractive.”

“From the football aspect, they put a bunch of receivers in the league. They really develop them. Honestly, they develop great young men. You talk to some of the players and you can tell they are all intelligent and they are good people. ”

Clemson proved this past season that it values young playmakers. Justyn Ross quickly became a star for the program in his freshman year.

If he decides to commit to Clemson, Fleming might be next in line to make an instant impact for the Tigers.
