You have to give it to Clemson football: the program has a lot of fun.
And star defensive lineman Christian Wilkins may have more fun than anyone else on the team.
After the Tigers’ Deshaun Watson-led national championship win over Nick Saban and Alabama a few years ago, Wilkins celebrated by doing an unbelievably impressive split.
He one-upped it a few times after tonight’s incredible 44-16 win.
Wilkins could’ve gone to the NFL after last season but returned to try and win another national title. He made the celebration tonight count.
Moments ago, he and fellow superstar defensive lineman tried to wrestle the mic away from Rece Davis to make an amazing Suge Knight at the Source Awards/Death Row Records skit in an attempt to recruit players to the Tigers.
Before that, as Clemson was accepting the national championship trophy, Christian Wilkins gave Dabo Swinney a wet willy.
No seriously, take a look:

Dabo Swinney is an Alabama alumnus, and has built the best program this side of Tuscaloosa.
However, he clearly hasn’t copied exactly the model that Saban has established at his alma mater. Obviously you can’t take anything away from Saban’s program, but it does look like things over at Clemson are a bit more loose and fun.
