Clemson hasn't even finished assembling its 2020 recruiting class, yet they're already making big headway in the class of 2021. The Tigers just got a big commitment from one of the nation's top offensive linemen.

On Monday, four-star center Ryan Linthicum of Damascus High School announced his commitment to Clemson. The announcement comes just over three months after he received his scholarship offer from the Tigers.

247Sports rates Linthicum as the No. 122 overall prospect in the country. He is the No. 1 center in the nation and the No. 5 prospect from the state of Maryland.

Linthicum took an unofficial visit to the Clemson campus this past weekend. The team must have made an impression.

With the addition of Linthicum, Clemson now has four recruits in the Class of 2021. All of those recruits are four-star prospects.

That class is currently ranked No. 6 in the nation by 247Sports. It's also No. 2 in the ACC behind Miami.

The Tigers already have the top 2020 class and will only see it get better in the months to come.

But the fact that Dabo Swinney and his team are already well-ahead of the curve in 2021 shows that next year's class is clearly no fluke or stroke of good luck.
