ESPN Announces Eric Church As Celebrity Guest Picker At Clemson

Eric Church has been announced as ESPN College GameDay's celebrity guest picker on Saturday morning.

Every week, ESPN's College GameDay pulls in a celebrity guest to help make picks for the biggest college football games of the day. This week, it's country music star Eric Church. Show host Rece Davis announced the news just after 10:30 a.m. ET. Church, of course, is a country music star who was born in Granite Falls, North Carolina.

This actually isn't Church's first appearance as a celebrity guest picker for the show, either. Last September, Church was on-hand to make picks ahead of Ole Miss vs. Alabama - which the Rebels won.

Church, who is 39 years old, is one of country music's biggest stars. He's had two No. 1 hits - "Drink in My Hand" and "Springsteen" - and countless other chart-toppers.

Church, to our knowledge, is not a fan of either Clemson or Louisville.

This is the fifth week of College GameDay. Last week, the show had two guest pickers - Stever Spurrier and Phillip Fulmer.
