Former Clemson Quarterback Chad Kelly "Would Love To" Be Recruited By South Carolina, Play Against The Tigers

Quarterback Chad Kelly was dismissed from the Clemson program in April, and as expected, he has a chip on his shoulder when it comes to the Tigers. We haven't heard much about Kelly's possible landing spots, although he did visit Alabama in June. On Twitter yesterday, Kelly responded to a tweet from a fan, saying that he would "love to" be recruited by Clemson's arch-rival, South Carolina.

Kelly, who was a four-star talent in high school, had offers from Clemson and Alabama, as well as Florida State, Louisville, Michigan State, Syracuse, and Vanderbilt among other schools, so he can clearly play. While he definitely has some character concerns, if South Carolina was to recruit him, and he went on to beat Clemson, it would be a pretty amazing story in that heated rivalry. Your move, Steve Spurrier.
