The No. 1 overall recruiting class for college football's 2020 cycle continues to get better and better. At this point, it's almost unfair.

Myles Murphy, the No. 8 overall recruit in the 2020 class, announced this evening his commitment to the Clemson Tigers.

The five-star defensive lineman is ranked the No. 2 strong-side defensive end in the class by 247Sports' Composite Rankings.

Murphy chose Clemson over Alabama, Auburn, Florida and Georgia, among other programs.

The elite recruit announced his decision at a ceremony on Friday night.

Murphy's commitment gives Clemson 15 commitments for the 2020 class. Of those 15 commits, five are five-star prospects. Clemson is putting together one of the most-loaded recruiting classes of all-time.

Clemson's 2020 class is ranked the No. 1 class in the country by 247Sports. You can view Dabo Swinney's full class here.
