Photo: Injured Clemson Wide Receiver Mike Williams Wearing Jersey From Season Opener As A Cape

This young college football season has been filled with unfortunate injuries. One of the earliest was that to Clemson star wide receiver Mike Williams, who suffered a small neck fracture after colliding with a goal post in the season opener against Wofford. Williams has been keeping his spirits up, and has already assumed a role helping coach the wide receivers until he can return to action. Today, Williams was spotted wearing the jersey that he had to be cut out of as a cape around the Clemson facility.

#SilverLinings The jersey that was cut off of you just becomes an awesome Superman cape. @darealmike_dubpic.twitter.com/oKSSsnTbmS

Hopefully Williams will be back on the field in a new jersey sooner than later.
