Considering that Clemson downright dismantled Alabama in the national championship, it’s only fitting that a proper celebration takes place this weekend.
Between the stardom of Trevor Lawrence and the ferocity of the Tigers’ defense, the final game of the season wasn’t even close. It’s fair to say that Clemson handed Alabama one of its worst losses in recent memory.
While the celebration at Death Valley consists of mostly players and coaches, it turns out that ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit is in attendance.
It doesn’t appear that Herbstreit is currently on assignment for work, but he could be there to show the atmosphere to his sons.
Both Jake and Tye Herbstreit are expected to attend Clemson next year and try out for the football team. Jake played defensive back in high school, meanwhile Tye was a wide receiver.
Photos were taken of the Herbstreit family, as they seem to be enjoying the moment at Clemson.

Five-star cornerback Andrew Booth and three-star Jalyn Phillips were also at the stadium. The incoming freshmen might just be part of their own championship celebration next year.
Once again congratulations to the Clemson Tigers on an outstanding season.
