Fresh off of an Orange Bowl win over Ohio State - the only BCS bowl game victory the Tigers notched during the era - Clemson is looking to reward its players with some upgrades to its football facilities. The school announced this week that the player-related areas - locker room, player lounge and nutrition room - of the WestZone at Memorial Stadium will be renovated ahead of the 2014 season. Head coach Dabo Swinney released a statement on the project:
"We’re committed to providing our student-athletes the best of the best in every aspect of their journey at Clemson. Our facilities and player areas were already top-notch and we know these renovations will help us continue to be among the elite in college football in the years to come.”
The school released 20 renderings of what the project will look like when completed. Here are a few, along with an Instagram video it posted.
