Wiggins is allowed to transfer anywhere so long as the team is not South Carolina or any other team on Clemson's schedule in 2017.
A three-star recruit in the class of 2013, Wiggins has one year of eligibility remaining. He can play immediately at his new destination.
After missing all of the 2015 season with a knee injury, Wiggins played in seven games for Clemson last fall, starting one. He recorded 13 tackles.
For his career, Wiggins made 67 tackles and picked off four passes.
