Report: Former Clemson Star Quarterback Tajh Boyd Signing CFL's Saskatchewan Roughriders

After being cut by his third NFL team, former Clemson star Tajh Boyd will reportedly head north to continue his career as a quarterback. Boyd, who was recently released by the Pittsburgh Steelers, will play for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the Canadian Football League.

Boyd began his NFL career as a sixth round pick by the New York Jets, and later had a tryout with the Detroit Lions, and was with the Pittsburgh Steelers until last week. The Steelers have gone on to sign former Virginia Tech star Michael Vick to fill their backup quarterback role. Boyd's new team in Saskatchewan has started the season 0-8, so he has a chance to make an immediate impact on a struggling team.
