Earlier: Clemson may have the most talented offensive skill position players in the ACC, but they need to avoid big injuries if they want to win the ACC. The Tigers didn't get off to a great start in that respect, in today's game against Wofford. Preseason first team All-ACC wide receiver Mike Williams has been carted off the field after an awkward play in the end zone. In trying to avoid crashing into the goal post, Williams seems to have tweaked something, and was down on the field for a long time before the cart came out.

Our thoughts go out to Williams and the Clemson football team. He would be a big loss to the Tigers, if he misses extended time. We'll keep you updated on his status when we learn more.
