The Independence Bowl is live and underway in Louisiana, as the Temple Owls battle the Duke Blue Devils. Although the matchup alone is intriguing, one team's uniform is earning all the attention on social media.

It's becoming very apparent that fans aren't fond of Temple's gray and black combo for this afternoon. While it certainly represents the university's color scheme, the consensus around Twitter is that the football program should lock these up in the closet after the bowl game is over.

The game is available on ESPN.
