Zion Williamson has been saying that he is not “just a dunker,” and those who’ve watched full Duke games this year know he’s right.
Obviously, he is an explosive dunker, but his game is far more impressive than just that.
For a player his size, he is a strong ball-handler and passer, and is an absolutely ferocious rim protector, thanks to his long arms and wild vertical.
His blocks don’t only come at the rim though.
During tonight’s impressive win over Virginia, Zion Williamson’s top highlight was a block of a three-point shot.
He recovers from about halfway across the court to rotate over, and stuff De’Andre Hunter in the corner.

The slow motion view that shows just how high Zion got is even more impressive.

With LeBron James courtside to see him play live, Williamson went for 18 points on just 6-of-8 shooting. He also dished out five assists and led the team with three blocks.
He was one part of an absurd shooting effort by the Blue Devils.
Williamson hit his only three, while R.J. Barrett and Cam Reddish scorched the nets, hitting 6-of–10 and 5-of-8 shots from deep respectively.
Duke swept the season series with the 81-71 win.
