Kentucky coach John Calipari was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame Monday, but given the timing of the ceremony, he's still being forced to take questions about the future of his players. It looks like much of the 2014-2015 Wildcats squad will be moving on in the coming months.
Coach Cal told reporters Monday that five of his players are likely to turn professional - Karl-Anthony Towns, Andrew Harrison, Aaron Harrison, Trey Lyles and Willie Cauley-Stein. He also said that Devin Booker and Dakari Johnson could possibly leave as well. Via Kyle Tucker of the Courier-Journal.
Nothing here is too surprising - Towns, Lyles and Cauley-Stein are almost first round locks. The Harrison twins probably can't improve their stock much more. That being said, Kentucky's 2015-2016 squad would be fairly stacked if Booker and Johnson returned. We'll see how it all plays out.
