Duke and Michigan State tipped off earlier this afternoon in a battle for East Region supremacy. The winner of today's game moves on to face Texas Tech in the Final Four with a chance for a title on the line.

The Spartans came out firing early, opening up a sizable lead before Duke went on a 12-0 run en route to a 10-point lead. Michigan State closed the half well and held a 34-30 lead after the first 20 minutes.

Early in the second half, Zion Williamson blocked a shot that would have extended Michigan State's lead to six points.

As he's known to do, Williamson flew above the rim for the shot block and nearly hit his head on the backboard.

The Duke star had to dip his head to avoid smacking it off the glass.

Check it out.

No one flies quite like Zion does.

The Blue Devils star is dominating the boards for Duke. After just 25 minutes of basketball, Zion has a double-double.

Williamson leads all scorers with 17 points on the day - oh and he leads in rebounds as well, with 10.

The presumptive No. 1 pick in the upcoming NBA draft is putting on a show.

Stay tuned for the latest from the game.
